They have in-depth understanding and knowledge in the following subjects, mental health first aid, adult safeguarding and prevention, extended first aid including knife trauma awareness, opioid overdose and Narcan administration program, substance misuse, and understanding domestic violence.

About us

Since taking over in July our management team recognized that sometimes resident’s mental health plays a part in some of the situations that arise during a shift.
With this in mind when interviewing scenarios are used to analyze how a person would react to them.

We hired staff based on their life experiences and attitude towards life, how they would react in the scenario given, and their five-year career plan Also having a good understanding or wanting to understand better about mental health as key part of our training program for the care wardens.

Requirements

  • SIA Security officer or door supervisor license

  • Open to working shifts patterns days and nights
