About us

Since taking over in July our management team recognized that sometimes resident’s mental health plays a part in some of the situations that arise during a shift.
With this in mind when interviewing scenarios are used to analyze how a person would react to them.

We hired staff based on their life experiences and attitude towards life, how they would react in the scenario given, and their five-year career plan Also having a good understanding or wanting to understand better about mental health as key part of our training program for the care wardens.

Requirements

  • SIA Security officer or door supervisor license
